Zombie Author Flash! Fiction by Bowie Ibarra

Bowie V. Ibarra
The stiff wooden Louisville Slugger felt heavy when I swang it at its head.  Something I couldn't explain, probably involving science, made it feel light when the wood took flight.
As it smacked the ghoul across the side of its head, the way the strike rattled my hand reminded me of a washing machine.

Today's Author Flash is by Bowie Ibarra, the author of Down the Road

A Zombie Author Flash is exactly 55 words long. It may be factual, creative, or a “flash-fiction” story. Ideally, the author flash will represent something essential or unique about the zombie author. Jule welcomes contributions from zombie authors or their reps. Original work from any of the zombie authors will be greeted with squeals of delight and published faster than you can say "zombie apocalypse."
